Agreement between Virginia Hemp LLC dba "Virginia Hemp" (West Virginia)

Northern Virginia Hemp Company LLC dba "Virginia Hemp" (Virginia)

and Customers/Website Users:

This agreement is made between Northern Virginia Hemp Company LLC, Virginia Hemp LLC and any customer who purchases hemp-derived products for humans and/or animals from Northern Virginia Hemp Company LLC or  Virginia Hemp LLC. 

By purchasing products, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. The customer acknowledges that Northern Virginia Hemp Co LLC & Virginia Hemp LLC's products are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% THC, as required by Federal and State Law.
2. The customer acknowledges that Northern Virginia Hemp Company LLC & Virginia Hemp LLC's products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and that the products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
3. The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Virginia Hemp LLC, Northern Virginia Hemp Company LLC and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and employees from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from the customer's use of Northern Virginia Hemp Company LLC's or  Virginia Hemp LLC's products. 
4. The customer acknowledges that Virginia Hemp LLC & Northern Virginia Hemp Company LLC are not responsible for any adverse effects that may result from the customer's use of the products, and that the customer uses the products at their own risk.
5. The customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase and use of Virginia Hemp LLC's & Northern Virginia Hemp Company LLC products.

1. Northern Virginia Hemp Company LLC & Virginia Hemp LLC's websites are intended for use by individuals who are 21 years of age or older.
2. Northern Virginia Hemp Company LLC & Virginia Hemp LLC's websites may contain links to third-party websites that are not under the control of Northern Virginia Hemp Company LLC & Virginia Hemp LLC.
