Shipping Policy

Shipping Method and Handling Time : 

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) to addresses within the United States.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the same business day whenever possible.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time, or when same-day shipping is not possible, will ship the next available business day that the post office is open.
• We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Out-of-Stock Items : 

If any item in your order is out of stock:

• We will notify you as soon as possible.
• You will be offered a refund for the out-of-stock item, or
• We will provide an estimated shipping timeframe based on the best information available at that time.

If you do not respond within 5 business days, we may cancel the out-of-stock portion of the order and issue a refund.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and USPS rates. Estimated delivery times depend on the USPS service selected and the destination address.

Once an order has shipped, we will provide a shipping confirmation email with any available tracking information.

We ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise stated.

Because our products contain hemp-derived ingredients, we may restrict shipments to certain states or jurisdictions where applicable laws or regulations limit or prohibit the sale or shipment of these products. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders that cannot be shipped in compliance with applicable law.

Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS that are later reported as lost or stolen. If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.

If USPS returns your package to us as undeliverable, we may offer a replacement shipment (with any additional shipping charges paid by the customer) or a refund of the product price, less original shipping costs.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [VirginiaHemp.US@gmail.com]. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or cancelled once it has been processed or shipped.
