- Customer Responsibilities

You will comply with applicable laws at the delivery location; and

- Shipping, Delivery, and Restricted Locations
We ship only to addresses within the United States where shipment and delivery of the applicable product are permitted by law and by our internal compliance policies.
We do not ship to international addresses, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
We may decline, cancel, hold, or refund an order if we determine that shipment to the requested address is restricted, prohibited, not supported by the carrier, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable law or our policies.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including any required apartment, unit, suite, gate, or delivery information. You are also responsible for monitoring shipment tracking information and promptly contacting the carrier or us if you believe there is a delivery problem.
Once an order is delivered to the address provided by the customer, risk of loss passes to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, returned packages, or additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve a package, or other customer-provided information or customer action.
Nothing in this section limits our responsibility to address orders that are incorrectly fulfilled, damaged before shipment, or lost by the carrier before confirmed delivery, subject to our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

- Order Acceptance, Errors, and Cancellation

We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including because of product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or product-description errors, legal or shipping restrictions, payment-authorization issues, or inaccurate customer information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been authorized or collected, we will issue a refund for the cancelled item or order as appropriate.

Payment authorization is required before processing. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable amount for your order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
- Returns, Refunds, and Chargebacks
