Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for unopened, unused products returned within 15 days of the original purchase date and approved by our customer-service team. We do not issue refunds for opened, used, or tampered-with products.
Refund Process
- After we receive your returned product and verify that it is unopened and in its original condition, we will approve or deny your refund request.
- If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Timing
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. In most cases, you will see the credit within 1–2 billing cycles.
Partial Refunds and Adjustments
We may issue partial refunds or adjustments in the following situations:
- Only part of an order is returned.
- A product is returned outside the 15-day window but we agree to accept it at our discretion.
- Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny a refund if:
- The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
- The product was not returned with a valid RMA number.
- The product was not returned in its original packaging or with proof of purchase.
- The return appears to be fraudulent or abusive.
- We have no record of purchase.
