Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 15 days of the original purchase date. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer-service team at VirginiaHempLLC@gmail.com or NoVaHempCompany@Gmail.com within 15 days of purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once you receive your RMA number, carefully pack the unopened product(s) in their original packaging, along with a copy of your receipt or order confirmation and the RMA number.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, if we shipped the wrong item or a defective product).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Products not returned within 15 days of purchase.
- Products returned without a valid RMA number.
- Products not in their original packaging or without proof of purchase.
