How much should I take?
This is a great question and proper amount will depend on the individual chemistry of each person . Some people metabolize hemp and cannabinoid products in a way that allows them to take very little for their desired result. For this specific product sometimes a few drops goes a long way. Even within our family we have found that variability varies quite a lot. Given that this product is more potent than traditional CBD we strongly encourage taking a few drops under the tongue to see how you feel and increasing by 5 drops at a time until desired effect. One dropper is roughly equivalent to our 25mg gummies.
